    • Don’t think I want to do business with a company that often doesn’t answer inquiries in a timely fashion; sometimes days, weeks, months, and sometimes never. The message appears to be clear that customer service is not an important facet of their business model.

  1. When people ask you a question the only question you don’t answer is when they ask you..,,!How much a motor costs. Why won’t you answer this question?

Thank You for your time I look forward to hearing from you. …….P.S. Lower Voltages being for the Front Wheel Higher Voltages being for the back.

  11. Hi,

I am currently writing my master thesis for a Norwegian company designing a unit that should move with at least a maximum speed of 120 km/h. They are very interest in using hub motors where stator is rotating insted of rotor. After searching the internet it seems to me that most hub motors are large in size (typically used for bicycles and cars). I would like a HUB motors which is sized to a wheel with radius in the area of 60-110mm. Is this possible to get custom made? Is it also possible to achieve 3000, 4000, 5000 rpm? The load is about 5 kg and power should be in the area of 2000W.

Hope to hear back from you.

    Best regards,
    Leif Tore

  15. I will like to know if you have 3000 watts,48 volts motor(not hub type),with chain drive just like your model BM481500.how much will it cost plus an appropriate controller, throttle and meter display?thanks

  16. Does this kit come with a disk brake rotor? What about the caliper? From the description, it sounds as if the brake in this kit is just some kind of electrical brake that only turns off the motor? Is this correct?

  17. I am looking for small supply of 500 , 1000 , 1500 , 2000w rear wheel with 7 speed and disc brakes can you forward information and price list for delivery to british channel island s ( guernsey) and may be interested in 48v 20ah lithium power packs if competitively priced .
built one for myself and have orders to build some but looking for better standard of engineering than the ones available to me at present , many thanks Fred.

  18. I’ve got a gio bike pb710, great bike but has no real power to it. Looking for a 16′ brushless motor with around 2000W (which ill construct a battery for out of 18650’s) looking for high top speed and hill climbing capabilities.

    What am I looking for?

    Thanks a lot.

  19. Hi Seller,

Do you have front wheel conversation for this kit plus disc brake? If yes i will get 1 immediately by the way whats the shipping cost to singapore?

  20. 1. How does the single gear fit to the hub and can it be replaced? Is it a screw on freewheel? 2. What is the graduation in change of speed on the accelerator. 3.Do you supply batteries?

  21. I just purchased a bike kit and battery from EBK online. The bike goes 29mph top speed.

I want something faster than that.

    any recommendations?

  22. Hi, I am trying to convert a 21speed road bike with 700C wheels to electric.

If I were to put together a 72v battery, would your controller handle it?

I’m 225 pounds and I’m looking for a top speed of about 40mph.
(I really plan on keeping it under 30mph most of the time, but I would like to have the headroom)

Is it possible to fit more than one sproket on the hub? If not, what is the smallest sproket you can mount back there?

      • Cool, can it take an 11t freewheel?

Also, what about the controller and battery voltage? What’s the maximum voltage it will handle? What about amperage?

        • Okay, I’ve been doing more reading and I wanted to know if it would save anything on the kit and shipping to have kit sent without the motor laced into the rim. Just include the spokes and I’ll lace it into my existing wheel.

How many MOSFETs does the controller have? Does the motor have a temperature sensor? Is this kit compatible with the Cycle Analyst display?

  23. Hi I am looking for a motor for my conversion I have a 72volt battery li-po4 and a sunwin 72volt 2500w controller my bike has a drop out of 145 mm it is a giant trance 4 from 2012 22inch frame can you help me ? Will this motor work with my set-up ? And what will it cost with shipping to UK ? Thanks

  24. Newbie here. 1st what is cost to ship to Westminster Colorado USA
2nd need more info on the battery I just spent 45 minutes trying to figure out what LifePO4 could/would will/wont work. Send me to a site ebay, amazon, somewhere that I can figure out what I need to get this thing running for a 6′ 2″ 240 lb guy. thanks Kurt

  25. how much does the 2000w wheel weigh in lbs? and can i put a wheel in front and back to increase top speed and power up hills? what battery is lightest and strongest? to run that much power?

    • The motor is about 10kg, but this motor is not suitable for front wheel, it is better to put it on rear wheel. Rear wheel drive is good for climbing. For the battery, you can find a LiFePO4 battery, which is lighter.
